We offer our clients a unique, turnkey solution to new home luxury construction by handling all aspects of the design, estimating, construction, finishes, and product selections. By keeping all of our services in- house, clients deal with only one firm from initial concept to final execution. BUILDING OUR RELATIONSHIP

Our first meeting is an initial consultation where we are able to acquaint ourselves with you, our client, to understand your vision and discuss your preferences, and requirements for your new custom-built home. Whether you provide us a set of house plans, or our in-house design team creates a customized design tailored to your needs, we take the time to conceptualize your vision and make sure that our design encompasses all of the necessary elements to meet your requirements and exceed your expectations. We will perform a site evaluation of your property if you own land and offer recommendations for what type of property would best suit your chosen design or location based on factors such as the lot size, its orientation, zoning regulations, and possible site challenges.

Along with the conceptual design and house plans, we also present a detailed cost breakdown that outlines the estimated expenses for materials, labor, permits and any other relevant costs to ensure your vision aligns with your financial capabilities. An advantage that we offer as a Design/Build firm is that we discuss the costs of the project from the first step of the design so that we are able to manage our client’s expectations and keep our designs grounded in reality. We meet with you to present the plans and budget and explain the thought process behind our design decisions so you can visualize and understand the proposed architectural design.

By working through the revision and decision process we can arrive on a final design, scope, and budget that ensures every party is on the same page and that all of your needs are met prior to implementing the project.

Once we have the signed contract in hand, we will then begin the permitting and approval process. We manage every step of the permitting process ensuring that all of the necessary approvals are obtained from the necessary authorities prior to starting construction.

Your project manager also works hand in hand with our designers and our expert craftsman to help bring your luxury custom home to life throughout the duration of the job.
