For this project, our clients requested a complete renovation of their Vinings basement that included a large, elegant, open and multifaceted entertaining space and remodeled bedroom and bathroom.

The large central living space acts as the hub for this stunning basement and includes a beautifully crafted custom kitchen and bar island featuring semi custom cabinetry topped with white Carrera marble and elegant light fixtures that hang over the bar. The beautiful antiqued mirror backsplash is flanked by beveled mirror subway tiles, filling the room with light and creating an open atmosphere that makes the space feel even bigger than it is. Floating shelves add to this impressive display, stained to correspond with the counter-top.

The TV/lounge area provides plenty of comfortable seating for watching your favorite movie or sports team and features a beautiful custom built-in entertainment center complete with inset lighting while the elegant sitting area with its marble fireplace, custom mill-work and abundance of natural light offers a more sophisticated touch.

The focal point for this high end basement is the stunning custom state-of-the-art wine closet which houses approximately 400 bottles of wine and offers a myriad of ways to store and display our clients’ impressive collection.

This gorgeous basement is the perfect setting for entertaining large parties and is a one-of-a-kind space that is the envy of every guest.
