This luxurious custom-built screened porch is a spacious addition to the main house with 12’ bi-fold doors creating an instant indoor-outdoor connection. Separate dining and living areas are anchored by a magnificent Lueders limestone fireplace and hearth while a striking tongue & groove vaulted ceiling adds a sense of spaciousness and grandeur to the porch. This versatile space is the perfect destination for relaxing, dining, and entertaining family and friends in a warm and stylish atmosphere.

Just outside the screened porch is a separate deck with a modern-style covered cedar pergola finished with a standing seam metal roof. Beneath the pergola, is an outdoor kitchen finished with the same Texas Lueders limestone as the outdoor fireplace and sleek black pearl leathered granite countertops. This chef’s kitchen includes a built-in grill with food prep area, a separate power burner, ample storage space and an outdoor refrigerator.

Wide cedar deck steps connect to a neutral porcelain paver walkway, creating a fluid transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
